The Code of Conduct sets the baseline international standards for data-driven projects. It is essential for ensuring that your research projects remain ethical and compliant, no matter where they are conducted. MRSI members adhere to this Code to achieve the highest professional standards, fostering confidence in the industry and profession.

This course covers the ICC ESOMAR Code, which has been thoroughly reviewed and adopted by MRSI Managing Committee in January 2023, following detailed deliberations by the MRSI Professional Standards Committee (PSC).

About the Course

This course aims to provide you with an in-depth understanding of the Code of Conduct. By the end of the course, you will:

  • Know the essential standards of ethical and professional conduct in market research and data analytics.
  • Learn skills such as ethical research practices, data protection, legal responsibilities, and professional integrity.

The course is divided into 7 video modules, with a total viewing time of 52 minutes, and includes one assessment at the end of each module. The total duration, including assessments, is expected to be approximately 2 hours.

You have the flexibility to learn at your own pace, with options to speed up or slow down the videos and add subtitles for a personalized learning experience.

Outcome of the Course

Upon completing this course, you will:

  • Understand and implement the Code of Conduct in your professional practice.
  • Gain practical insights and tools to enhance your research activities ethically and legally.
  • Receive a shareable certificate to recognize your achievement.

The course consists of 7 video modules, each followed by an assessment. Learners must score 60% and above in all assessments to earn the certificate.
