Shraman is a cross-over manager with over 30 years of multi-industry professional experience in diverse emerging markets. Passionate about the environment and the social sector, he also serves on the board of GALVmed, an Edinburgh-based not-for-profit organization focused on the smallholder farmers of sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia. He also has a long-standing interest in Research, having also headed CMI for Unilever in Bangladesh.  

Shraman is an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta. He also holds an MA in Economics from the University of Pune and a BA (Hons) in Economics from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi.

He has been awarded the British Chevening Senior Scholarship to the London School of Economics and is a fellow of the Salzburg Global Seminar-21st Century Trust. 

Shraman writes and speaks actively on environment-linked issues, also engaging with students at select academic institutions. 

Ameeta has over 25 years of corporate experience in developing, managing, financing and executing projects for corporate sector across in India and UK. An IIM Bangalore graduate,she started her career with ICICI Limited in 1995 in their project finance division. Thereafer,she moved on to KPMG to set up their infrastructure related Corporate Finance team. Since 2013, she has been working as an independent advisor to companies on finance and business strategy across sectors. She also sits on the board of IIM , Visakhapatnam as an IIM alumnus representative. In 2013, Ameeta has founded Ekam Foundation Mumbai which is a non-government organisation that provides aid to children in need in meeting their health and educational needs. The foundation also runs an awareness programme in health and hygiene for school children in all government and low end private schools in Mumbai.

Dr Akanksha Mishra is a expert development sector professional having worked 6 plus years in the space of impact with non profits, healthcare and investments. She is currently leading efforts in partnerships and fundraising.

She currently heads the on-ground workshops and campaigns for paddling foundation. A chartered accountant and a chartered financial analyst by profession, she is working for this cause dedicatedly post her normal working hours. 

Paddling foundation focuses on eradicating period poverty. She is also leading a new project of manufacturing cloth pads. Having grown up with period taboos around me, she felt deeply within for a menstruator who was treated as an untouchable. To recognize her privilege to access as a blessing, she believed in providing other no some fortunate women with  the same amenities, that drove her to take up this cause. Her motto is “Let's build a taboo-free world, a world well-educated on menstrual health one day at a time. Period!"
